Kim responds:
Facing the marriage of our beloved spouse to someone else is one of the most difficult circumstances for a stander. As Rejoice Ministries often tells us, they have become blinded and deceived and cannot see a way out. I know that you feel your world has crashed down around you and that all the air has been sucked out of the room. But it's a funny thing - I found that the emptier I felt, the more God filled me with His love and His presence.
I'm not going to tell you it is an easy thing. In fact, it is a very, very hard thing. But we have to believe that God works ALL things together for good - not just the easy things, or the fun things, or the nice things - but ALL things.
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28
God has a perfect plan in mind for your family. His Word is true and will not return void. Sometimes, hard as it is, we have to wait on His perfect timing. And never forget - there are many "suddenlies" in God's Word.
