"I received a call from my prodigal, who has organized to take out private health insurance for our children, himself and me, as a family, even though he still lives in a non-covenant relationship. God is showing my husband to honor our family and I am so grateful to Him." (Australia)

"I recently found out that my prodigal, who hadn't set foot in a church since he was a teen, has gone to church. As you urged, I have been praying not only for the restoration of my marriage, but that God would lead my husband to Him and save him, and it looks like steps have been made towards that goal. God truly works in wondrous ways. I thank Him and give Him praise for finally turning my spouse on the path to the Lord-truly a special Christmas present." (Texas)

"My mother told me that I was wanting a miracle. The Lord that I trust is working a miracle in our marriage and our family. I wanted to give up so many times but the Lord kept telling me to trust Him. I have learned so much about trusting Him. I continue waiting on the largest miracle of all, when my husband turns his heart to the Lord and becomes the spiritual leader of our family." (Virginia)

"Praise God my husband dropped my daughter off at church today and stayed for the service. The sermon was definitely from God and was about the sinful nature. My husband even joked afterward that I had talked to the pastor before the service. God can make all things good and direct paths." (Colorado)

“My husband came this week to finish dividing up the contents of the house. All we did for two days was talk. He ate meals with us, fixed a door, and played catch in the yard with our son. He took time off from work and took our son to his family’s lake cottage.” (Illinois)

"Just before my husband came to pick up our kids for back to school shopping, on my front porch I saw a single yellow rose on our rose bush that had finished blooming a month prior. A single yellow rose once had special meaning to my husband and I. When my kids came home the clothes they picked out had the name brand and the year the company was established. It was the same year my marriage was established. God is gently reminding me to keep the faith. He is so good." (Montana)

"I thank God that my youngest daughter went to Spain with her class and returned safely even though the war began. My prodigal suggested that we have dinner together at the airport because he was flying out that evening. He took us to a wonderful restaurant and the four of us ate as we used to do before the divorce. When my prodigal returned from his business trip, he asked for a hug from me which he hasn't done in four years." (Massachusetts)

"After months of separation, God brought my husband home. Last Saturday we renewed our vows at our church. We stood together, holding hands in prayer and thanking God for healing and restoring our marriage. He has changed us both. God gets all the praise and glory." (North Dakota)

“My wife served me divorce papers. I have been able to share that I am praying blessings for her. I have been weary and tired but have been living by His strength and not my own. My wife sent a nice note thanking me for helping our daughter with her college tour.” (Wisconsin)

"Thank You Lord. My husband came over to do chores for me. It was the nicest time we've spent together since this nightmare began. The Lord was certainly working through me, for I was more positive and I think it made a huge difference. God is good." (Texas)

"I don't know if you will remember me from your early days. My husband (name) came to visit you after we reconciled. He and I are still together and it has been ten years. My friend (name) and her husband are also still reconciled. We were talking today and saying that we are so grateful for the support this ministry gave us as we walked through that time in our life. I gave someone your web site address today who is just starting to stand for her marriage. This is the first time I have been to the web site and did not know about it until (name) gave it to me today. I know God is blessing. Thank you for your love and faithfulness" (Texas)

"Praise to God alone. The other day my phone needed to be charged and I had left my charger at work. I prayed and asked God if I should call my husband and tell him I left my charger at work in case he called. I felt led to do so. I remember Charlyne had a situation much like that where she had to tell Bob something. I wanted to hear Bob's words on how he felt and thank God it was in Tuesday’s devotional." (Oklahoma)

"Praise God, there was an error in the divorce papers, which means my husband has to start all over again after coming to court last week. I have read about this happening to other standers, but am blown away by this happening in our marriage too. I know the Lord is with me." (Michigan)

"Months after our divorce, and with my wife living in another state, she and I are writing each other email and talking on the phone a few times a week. She told me happy birthday and said she still loves me and misses me. I know God will reunite us at His proper time." (Pennsylvania)

"I praise the Lord for two wonderful obedient children that God has given to me. We went to nursing home ministry. Our prodigal happened to come in while we were praying for him, standing at the door, listening. We are taking a family camping trip this weekend for Father's Day. God does indeed bless us in our obedience to Him." (Wisconsin)

"Last year God brought my husband home to me suddenly after being divorced for a few years. He had married the other woman but it fell apart and he came back to me. He came to faith in Christ during this time. t time. Even when I tried to give up, God always brought me back. I love my God, who makes all things new." (Texas)

"Praise God the man who said he was never coming back spent his birthday with his kids and the wife of his youth. We shared so many laughs and special moments. Whenever he got a call he was quick to say he was with his wife and the boys." (Georgia)

“Before my husband left us, we had home church here at the house. Yesterday he came over to the house for worship time. Praise the Lord.” (Wisconsin)

“I am writing my testimony today as a act of faith. Doubt, fear and depression seemed to have been my constant companion in regards to the restoration of my marriage. God instructed me to come against divorce. We are separated and he is involved, but I choose to believe God. My husband is coming home and our girls have their daddy the way God intended. There is nothing and no one that can reverse what God will manifest.” (Grand Bahamas)

"I do believe God is doing a new thing. Many people are coming together in our area to pray for marriages and families to be restored, praying for those who have gone away from our Lord to be restored back to Him. The time is in His hands. He gives strength to keep us going. We thank Him for the work He has started." (United Kingdom)

“Praise the Lord, we have a house to live in. God provided exactly when we needed it, not a moment too soon, not a moment too late. My prodigal spouse helped us move. He says he wants to be here with us. We are looking for that special homecoming to be very soon.” (Wisconsin)

"Praise God, God is moving mountains. My prodigal has been living in a different city with roommates who led very sinful lives. One made false accusations about me to my husband. My husband defended me to his roommate and was kicked out of the place he was living. He has now taken a small apartment in our town and has visited us every day this week. A transformation is taking place." (Michigan)

"For the second time the hearing for annulment of marriage my husband initiated has been re-set. I praise God for providing me with a lawyer even when I could not afford one. I continue to stand for our marriage. My hope is in the Lord's promise of restoration for my

“How shall we escape if we ignore such a great salvation? This salvation, which was first announced by the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard him. God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.” Hebrews 2:3-4

"They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony." Revelation 12:11

My aunt from Colombia, who now knows about my stand, sent my a letter with some pictures of me and my husband at a most precious time in my life (I was pregnant). I don't have pictures of my husband. She finished the letter telling about a distant relative, a very bad husband, who came home to his wife in Colombia after 21 years of separation. After he left, the wife met the Lord and was walking with the Him. Today they are in the process of restoration. Praise the Lord. You don’t know what these has done to me. Thank You Lord. (Florida)

"I prayed for my covenant spouse to contact me. Hours later, my prayer partner called me with the scripture, "You have not because you ask not." God was confirming His Word to me. When I had not heard from my spouse the next morning, the Holy Spirit prompted me to praise God. I discovered my spouse had emailed me the previous night. God was teaching me how to effectively pray and receive." (Texas)

"After reading your past Thanksgiving devotionals. I decided to email my wife on Thanksgiving Day and told her the children and I loved her and wished her a happy Thanksgiving Day. The next day, to our surprise, she emailed us back. The Holy Spirit is moving on my wife." (California)

"For nothing is impossible with God." Luke 1:37

"Yesterday was our second hearing. My daughter and I fasted and praised God all day, believing that Lord has won this battle. I wanted more time so that God could work on my husband's heart. When I called the court they told me that the divorce won't go through unless I return to the country and attend the final hearing. Praise God." (United Kingdom)

"My prodigal husband came to visit over the festive season. We decided on trying to sort things out, taking things one day at a time. I just love having him home. I thank God for what He has done. Thanks for your help. You encouraged me more than you will ever know." (South Africa)

“After years of separation and divorce, and living half way across the country from each other, we now live in the same city. Many times I have heard 'It will never happen' from him and others. We camped together a few weeks ago and are now seeing each other frequently. Words of 'I will call you', and 'I will miss you' are beginning. I know that God is going to complete the good work that He has begun. So many times Charlyne and Bob have addressed exactly what I was going through and given the encouragement I needed to keep on believing and to not give up. Thank-you for your faithfulness and for seeking the Holy Spirit for what is needed each day.” (Missouri)

"My husband left and was out of control. I got clean and found this ministry. I lived by it daily. I knew God would bring him. Two years ago, my husband hit a tree on his motorcycle was in a coma for months, but with God’s grace and help, I fought for his life. I knew if he died he would not go to Heaven. I held on with God and my husband is alive. He is home learning to walk and talk and love. I wasn’t expecting God to bring him home like this. I have faith that my husband will continue to get better as will our marriage. God has promised, if I just hold on and never give up. I didn’t and I won’t." (California)

"After putting a load of wash in the washer, early one morning, I knelt down right there to pray. I was discouraged. I looked down and there was a DVD on the floor that had been sitting there for weeks. I decided I would finally put it away. When I looked at the cover, it was the new Rocky movie. The cover has Rocky, with his hands raised in victory, and the words, 'Never Give Up.'" (Pennsylvania)

"I have been praying and asking God what to do about my spouse's plans to move out of state to be with the other person and her children. I thank God that He speaks clearly and distinctly. Every week since my spouse's announcement, God has spoken in various ways." (Oklahoma)

"God gave me a vision for a support group for other standers. I spoke with my Pastor's wife, who stood for her marriage over 18 years ago. Praise God the Lord had already put that on her heart. I have told her about your ministry and how much it has helped me with my stand. I am standing in prayer with my Pastor's wife on getting this group started to get the word out that God does restore marriage." (New York)

“I'm a stander for a few months, but I already see the fruits of my standing. I am praying every day for my family, for my prodigal husband, for our friends who are separated, and for all the families around the world. I just want to share what our Mighty Lord is doing; I, my son, and my brother are baptized; My brother doesn't take drugs any longer; My mother is again in contact with her family after many years; My divorced mother wishes to be with my father again; The other woman has been taken out of our city at the moment and a lot of other miracles.” (Russia)

"My husband called last night and said that he missed me so much and that he wanted his family back. I told him that I was waiting for him to say those words and that he never lost us. I want to thank God because He is the only one that can change hearts. To God be the honor and the glory." (Texas)

"God has made some tremendous revelations in my life! I feel closer to Him than ever! He has given me the opportunity to sing and speak at a church in my home town this Sunday. The pastor knows what is happening in my life and he is inviting those who are hurting and in need of encouragement to come and hear what God will speak through me! I am so excited that God is giving me this blessing of sharing! Pray for me that God will give me the words to speak, and that the Holy Spirit will have free rein to work in the service. I have promised God that no matter what happens, I am going to serve Him." (Texas)

"I have been living with my parents for almost a year and longing for my own home. I started looking at tax auctions. All I have is the 401K I was awarded in the divorce. Tuesday night I opened my Bible at random to Jeremiah 31; 'I will build you up again and you will be rebuilt, O Virgin Israel...Again you will take up your tambourines and go out to dance with the joyful.' Wednesday morning I was outbid for the house I wanted. But I stayed until the end of the auction. There was a house left over. I bought it for a minimum bid. God has restored my house and He is working to restore my marriage." (Wisconsin)

"My husband and his friend that I met came to visit last night. She is going through a divorce. I told her that Jesus loves her and has a plan for her life. I led her to the Lord in prayer. She was crying and said no one had ever done that for her. After they left, my husband called back and thanked me for opening my home. I had my wedding rings on and wedding photos on the wall and told her I am still married in God’s eyes and I will wait. My husband was in tears." (South Africa)

"To God be the glory. I have gone from no contact with my husband to us now texting each other at least once a week. He even turned to me to pray and help him with an urgent matter. God is going to have the final say in this restoration." (New York)

"I have been praying and thanking God for what He has done in my life. I have asked Him to guide my path and I have found a new peace. Yesterday I received notice that our court date has been postponed for a month. This would of been the date to make our divorce final. It is in Gods timing not ours. Yes, God is working on my marriage even though I was unable to see." (California)

"My prodigal husband came home for Mother’s Day and Monday night he is still here. The last time he was home was for a few hours at Thanksgiving. This past week we had lunch together. What a gift. Through the Lord, I am able to love him just as he is." (Florida)

"My husband filed for divorce and moved out. I decided to stand for my marriage, I made changes in my life to develop my spiritual walk with God while I waited with faith that God would put us together and better than ever. During this time, I also prayed for his salvation. Not only is my husband back home and divorce cancelled, but he now has a spiritual mentor. We have prayed together for the first time." (Texas)

"I have two friends whose marriages have recently been restored. Praise God I am looking and waiting expectantly for my husband as we speak and I thank God for answering our prayers and saving our marriages in Jesus Name." (Alabama)

"Sunday will be our wedding anniversary. My returned husband and I will be renewing our vows at our church. The pastor also asked me to give my testimony at the morning service. I am excited to share what God has done for us to so many. I want all to know that God still brings prodigals home and that nothing is too hard for Him. This time last year I was alone at Christmas, but I felt filled with the peace and joy of Christ and His promises. All Glory and praise to God for this miracle." (Texas)

"My husband's heart was hardened towards me and God has melted it like wax. My husband has been coming around and his visits show love like never before. He calls me often. Regardless of this separation, deep inside we are united." (Texas)
