Below are excerpts from a few of the testimonies we have received in the past week, each shared with the writer's permission. These are not to tell you how to stand and what to do, but are given here to share how God moves when people are praying. Look what the Lord has done –
But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.  O my Strength, I sing praise to you; you, O God, are my fortress, my loving God.   Psalm 59:16-17

“Eight months ago our God restored my marriage just before the  divorce could be finalized. What I tried to do in four months, God did in four weeks! As a man in this world it was a challenge to forgive and accept my wife's return. But the Lord has taken my hand and guided me through. The more I let go and let God, the more God does. I’ve learned to be dependent on God and not myself. God has not just restored my marriage to its past way, but I see Him working and revealing to me and her what He wants to do in our marriage. Standers, God is with you. He will not delay. He loves you and will bless you in so many ways. As my wife and I draw nearer to God, the more Satan’s attacks become defeated by God. Bad memories have less impact and days have become more fulfilling and abundant with joy.”  (Texas)

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.  Ephesians 3:20-21

“I am happy to have been chosen by my Lord to now be a prayer warrior. I still pray for my husband, but now I also pray for other people. I've been praying recently for my co-workers and I have been seeing small changes that have happened only because of Jesus. Today my co-worker was listening to a gospel song and started crying. She said she has been running away from God, because she wants to do her own thing. PTL, wow, Jesus is moving mountains. I know my suddenly will come, and my beloved will be saved. Jesus is faithful!”  (Florida)

“PTL! Though my husband keeps saying he's not coming back and God has nothing to do with our relationship, I was able to tell him that nothing is impossible with God. I also told him I'll be waiting for him forever and that many marriages are restored by the Lord. I made clear the fact that our home's door is and will be always open for him to come back and he told me that he knows it's like that, but insisted he is not coming back. Today he admitted that he used to think that God was the one to blame for his misfortunes, but now he realizes that it is our bad choices that cause them. The Lord is softening his heart little by little despite the words he utters sometimes. Let's all keep on praying for our miracles to come in God's perfect timing!”  (Argentina)

“In absolute faith and expectancy I praise and give thanks to my Father for hearing and responding to my prayers for my marriage to be restored and perfected by His great power. I await His perfect timing to reveal His great works. I have been told to ‘Expect my Joy’ and I do!”  (Australia)

I am standing for restoration of my marriage. If any situation seems impossible it's mine. After lots of thought and learning that God wants me to forgive my husband and stand for our marriage I began to pray. I was driving for work and I said, ‘Lord if you want me to stand for this marriage then please show me a sign.’ That very same minute I passed a Covenant Transport truck. I was amazed. I have also been praying for God to open up the communication between my spouse and I so he could see the change in me. I was in a business meeting and he texted me to see if I could talk about an issue he was facing with family. At that moment I was able to minister to him and I could tell his heart was softened. He thanked me for the call. God does answer prayer and He will restore your marriage. Pray and don't give up!”  (Ohio)

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  Philippians 4:4-6         

"I am standing in faith for resurrection of my marriage. I posted my court date on this website. Praise God! My court date has been postponed. I praise God for continuing to show me that He is going to restore my marriage. Thank You God”  (Georgia)

“I have been standing for some years now. Last year my husband was granted a divorce. He recently came by to pick up his remaining items from our place. We have had very little contact and communication, and based on his perspective, this is the end. But God! On my way home from work that evening,  Chris August's song ‘Restore’ was playing on the radio. I looked over at that same moment and saw the specialty license plate on the car next to me that said ‘HE WILL.’ It was a great reminder of what God has been promising all along. No matter what I am seeing, hearing, or experiencing in the natural, God is going to restore my marriage.”  (North Carolina)

“My prodigal husband came over to see our kids. He gave me money and just said, ‘I'm sure you could use this.’ God is wonderful. Yes, it was at a time of us needing it. I give God all the glory and honor for that blessing for it shows us that the Holy Spirit is talking to our spouses and they do listen and obey because God is working on them. Amen! Because of the Lord, we are all so blessed. He will never leave us nor forsake us and He will always provide for us. Standing on the promises of our Lord until the day I die. Never give up, God is in full control!”  (Florida)

“Praise be to God. My husband is back and this time for good. God never fails. Whenever I felt like giving up, God gave me hope. Exactly a month before my husband’s return God spoke to my heart and said it’s over, he's coming home. Now I see after his return that God has not only convicted my husband and brought him home but He has changed me. Dear standers, things will look really bad just before it settles down. Just claim and hold onto God’s promises because the God we love is a never failing God. Romans 8:28  And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.  (Sri Lanka)

“A few years ago, my father asked my mother to leave the house.  She and I went and rented an apartment and we prayed every day for God to change his heart and to restored their marriage.  Nine months passed and my father came to us. Their marriage is restored! They are like new people, walking around like boyfriend and girlfriend.  My mama learned to zip her lips, and my father learned to love my mother unconditionally.  They are an example to follow.  Thanks be to God for the miracle. Even when the whole family said it was impossible, God made it possible. Today I wait for my restoration also and continue in the work for the Lord, waiting for the day that I can tell you my testimony of restoration.  Smile because Christ loves you and has much more to give you still, to you and your family.”  (Mexico)

“While we wait on God's timing my children are learning to pray, at young ages. They are really praying, waking up in the middle of the night and saying, ‘Let's pray for Daddy.’ I praise God that they are learning now that the battle is a spiritual battle, that we do not war against flesh and blood. My son said he is so calm because God will do what He promised, God always wins. My daughter says Jesus almost has Daddy's heart. Look what the Lord has done!”  (Guatemala)

Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.  Deuteronomy 11:18-19

“Thank God for His faithfulness. My prodigal moved out of our house last week to be with the OW, but while he was there he kept on sending me messages that he misses me and the kids. Today I met with him and he told me how much he loves me and wants us to fix things. I know God is just and He is working behind the scenes on my behalf.  I’m not moved by the tricks of the evil one. He is already defeated and my husband is coming back home for good. God is restoring us and strengthening our love for each other, it is only a matter of time. God is opening his eyes to the truth and working in him a soft heart, teaching him to be honest, reliable and responsible.”  (South Africa)

“I signed my divorce papers while still praying against it, waiting for the hearing and to reach agreements on splitting the little we have, child sharing and co-parenting. I received a ‘notice of discontinuance’ and ‘cancelation of divorce proceedings’ from my wife. I give God the praise! The marriage was so dead, there was just no way it was ever coming back in the natural. I have re-learned to worship, pray and carry the word in my heart. I am brand new! Everyone out there, and especially men out there, stand firm and stay consecrated for Jesus to work. Zechariah 4: 6-7 (GNT) The angel told me to give Zerubbabel this message from the LORD: “You will succeed, not by military might or by your own strength, but by my spirit. Obstacles as great as mountains will disappear before you. You will rebuild the Temple, and as you put the last stone in place, the people will shout, ‘Beautiful, beautiful!’”  (Australia)

“Praise be to God Almighty. Over a week ago I made the best decision not to complain about anything, but in everything give thanks. I now have new life – I'm happy, I laugh, I dance and I'm back to my exercise regime. I look and feel so good. The last time I felt this way was when I met my husband. I am now back to the person he fell in love with, plus more, since God trained me to be a good wife. Tomorrow I'm hosting a Thanksgiving lunch to honor, thank and praise God for how mighty and awesome He's been in my life. I won't wait for my husband's return to praise God. In the past weeks I have motivated my colleagues and strangers using my stand and past. God has used this test to prepare me to motivate others. Jesus!”  (South Africa)

Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.  1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

“I have been divorced for some months. During my marriage, I was an awful husband and in this period of time God has been working on me. My wife told me she has been praying for guidance. PTL, He is touching her heart and I know that her relationship with Him is more important than mine so this is huge. I am so thankful the Lord has been listening to my prayers. Our God is able and I am waiting for my suddenly.”  (Costa Rica)

“I have been standing now for a couple of years this month and I thought this would be the hard month, but PTL! God is showing up and showing out. My spouse has not given me any hope in the whole two years until last month he finally called, after fasting and praying for a few mornings out of every week. He called and told me he loves me and it was God for real. He told me to give him two months. I have struggled with thinking God would restore us here in my home town and not three hours away where we lived together, but I was wrong. God changed my heart. I am moving back up there 30 minutes from him on the date of when he called and said give him two months. PTL.”  (Alabama)

“I want to praise God for an answered prayer. My prodigal called me unexpectedly this week but was not very nice. My spirit was so crushed that I called my prayer partners for prayer. Then within four hours. He texted me his apologies! Glory to God!”  (Texas)

“In the midst of standing for my one flesh covenant, I've received a miracle. Over 20 years ago my father had a disagreement with two members of the family. I was called over the weekend that my father was severely ill and the outcome was looking weary. BUT GOD, had not only healed my dad, but has also provided forgiveness with the two members of the family. In addition to the blessings, my prodigal called to speak to my dad. I was calm because I received reassurance from the Lord. Psalm 103:3-5.”  (Florida)

Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits–who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.  Psalm 103:2-5

“I am sharing a testimony to show how God manifests in our lives. I am thankful the Lord is with me, that I am happy today. I have been going round and round trying to help God restore my marriage. It didn't work. An unfortunate event happened that halted any type of progress. My husband stopped talking to me period. I felt devastated. During that week, I heard a preacher talking about his mom's standing. Her faith made me cry and filled my heart to keep going and stand for my family. My mother and I are praying each morning and we are seeing how God is moving His hand with my husband. Today he sent the kids text messages letting them know that he is there for them. That made me happy because I know that God is moving His powerful hand in our lives. When you see this testimony pray for my family. God’s time is today; He moves in our lives each second, minute and hour of the day.”  (Texas)

“Recently, I had a problem with carpenter ants. I went to God with it, asking Him to solve it. I called someone I thought could help me, but they didn't call me back. My tendency would be to worry, but I had given this to God. I recognized I was short on solutions, and this was an area where my prodigal husband could help me. I have found that God will back me into a corner to direct me to do something for my stand sometimes. So I texted my divorced husband to ask for help. He called me, and I listened to him lament, and zipped my lips. I heard God's Spirit telling me ‘Wait for it…’  And I got a ‘yes!’ My husband met with me and advised me, just as I had asked him to. Afterward he texted me: It was nice seeing you today. It was better than you know. I must add that the day before, I asked God to give me encouragement. Every time I've asked for that, I've received something from my husband – every time!”  (Washington)

“After over a year of separation and divorce filing, God has shown me so much! Not just me but others who were in this situation. My spouse will be leaving for job training tomorrow for 30 days. Away from everyone including the OW. She’s planning a wedding, but I can assure you it won’t be with my hubby! God has been giving many signs. I had a dream about him in the desert. God has turned my heart into a heart of flesh. I am still learning, but what I have learned is that all things work together for the good of those who love the Lord! There is nothing that is going on God doesn't allow. I know and have been shown by God that He has worked this out! My family marriage and husband are saved! No divorce and during this time my spouse will repent and seek the Lord. Just like Luke 15, we will celebrate because he will leave there and come home! Don’t give up or give in. PTL!!!”  (Illinois)

“‘But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.'"  Luke 15:32

“A marriage restored many wonderful years now, Praise God! Our marriage is better than when we first fell in love, and each year God has been faithful to deepen our love and intimacy. He transformed not only our marriage, but our Christian walk as well. This is what the LORD says: ‘I will go before you, Cyrus, and level the mountains. I will smash down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron.’ Isaiah 45:2 (NLT) The battle is God’s. All we have to do is stand faithfully, waiting for Him to act. Even now, when I see a rainbow, I am moved; it reminds me that God heard my prayers and answered them. Thank you, Jesus for Your love and mercies and restoring our marriage.”  (North Carolina)

The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: "I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness.  I will build you up again and you will be rebuilt, O Virgin Israel. Again you will take up your tambourines and go out to dance with the joyful." Jeremiah 31:3-4
